Directions
- Cook rice.
- In a medium saucepan combine rice and milk and heat to a simmer.
- Add in sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until mixed.
- Taste and add more sugar or cinnamon as desired.
- Remove from heat immediately and serve.
- Cover with whip cream and cinnamon.
- Rice is measured by the cups provided with a rice cooker and not conventional measuring cups
