Ingredients
White rice
Black beans, 1 can
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salsa (optional)
Cilantro (optional)
Directions
- Combine rice, beans, and cheese in a bowl. Heat to desired temperature.
- Add cilantro and salsa if desired. Serve warm.
- Walmart Lime and Garlic Salsa is my family's favored brand.
- If leftover rice is dry, add a bit of water prior to reheating.
