Directions
- Remove discolored leaves and trip stem even with base.
- Cut one inch off top and discard.
- Snip of points of remaining leaves with scissors.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Place in a glass bowl or four cup glass measuring cup. Add 1/4 cup water and cover with vented plastic wrap.
- Microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until leaves pull out easily.
- Dip leaves in butter, mayonnaise or your favorite dip.
