Ingredients
1/2 cup freshly sqeezed lemon juice (3 to 4 lemons)
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup ice
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Directions
- combine lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- add water and stir until well mixed.Chill for 1 hr in frige.
- add the lemonade ice and ice cream to a blender.Blend until smooth.
- Pour or scoop into serving glass and serve with straw.
